  • The best church in the metroplex. LIFEchurch keeps me glued to DFW. Such a great family!

  • I'm not sure what church Sophie attended but I think she has perhaps commented on the wrong church. We have never in my 13 years had a speaker that went two hours. And certainly not one that yells at the people. I am so sorry for her experience, but it wasn't at this LIFEchurch.

We did not have a good experience at this church. As a christian, I felt very uncomfortable. We had a sort of revival speaker - so the sermon was two hours long with the speaker getting steadily more "excited" I guess you could say as time went on. Four times he said, "I'm almost done," over the course of an hour. He was blaming the church and all of us there for how our nation and church has become. As a guest, I didn't feel welcome at all, just yelled at (not convicted).
I really hope the administration sees that their church should be welcoming and comfortable for anyone and everyone and make some changes.

  • To the guest who didn't feel welcome. I understand your feeling. I went from church to church looking for the same thing. I then realized that I wasn't going to church for the people there, I was going to get closer to God. I wasn't looking to be "convicted" by people, I was looking to be forgive by God through Christ. That being said, I realize that people are people and some rougher around the edges than others. LifeChurch is a wonderful place that I call home, even when people are being... well... people. Oh, as for the yelling part... I've never seen or heard anything resembling "yelling", maybe I was out of town that Sunday and missed it.

  • Went to mother's day Service and it was great everyone was so kind and welcoming. My boyfriend even like it we will be attending again. But most importantly the message was good and it wasn't a satellite service there was a actual person there speaking and the Pastor too was there and not on a screen.
